End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement applies to Sinixium Studios titles made available through the website or related platform pages.

1. License grant. Sinixium Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use its games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Licensed, not sold. All Sinixium Studios products are licensed to end users and are not sold to them.
3. Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, adapt, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, decompile, reverse engineer, extract assets from, or commercially exploit any part of a Sinixium Studios title unless explicitly authorised in writing.
4. Intellectual property. All rights, title, and interest in the games and related assets remain with Sinixium Studios.
5. Termination. This license automatically terminates if you breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the affected content immediately.
6. No transfer of rights. Access to a game or platform page does not transfer ownership of any code, asset, design, or proprietary system.
7. Reservation of rights. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by Sinixium Studios.
